About the Role

As our first Procurement & Delivery Lead in Finland, you won't just be buying equipment — you'll be building the local ecosystem that makes Nova Complex's data centers possible.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Building the Nordic Ecosystem
  Identify, vet, and onboard local contractors and service providers — covering installation, site services, and technical support — to ensure reliable local capacity for our Loviisa and Kouvola sites.

• Delivery Assurance & Operational Execution
  Act as the boots on the ground to ensure projects are executed according to plan. Own local execution, site readiness, and vendor integration, bridging the gap between our international technical requirements and local market reality.

• Supplier Relationship Management
  Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with key local partners, ensuring accountability, quality of work, and proactive issue resolution.

• Budget & Cost Control
  Track and manage local procurement spend, negotiate competitive terms with vendors, and flag cost or timeline risks early.

• Compliance & Local Standards
  Ensure all local vendor engagements adhere to Finnish regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience
  5+ years in procurement, commercial management, or project delivery within infrastructure, energy, or large-scale construction.

• Network Builder
  Proven track record of building and managing a contractor and vendor network. You know how to find the right partners who can deliver on time.

• Hands-on Mindset
  You are comfortable on-site, resolving bottlenecks and coordinating with technical teams in the field — not a desk-bound buyer.

• Local Market Knowledge
  Strong knowledge of Finnish contracting norms, safety requirements, and the local vendor landscape.

• Collaboration
  Experienced working within international teams, with the ability to translate global requirements into successful local outcomes.

• Languages
  Finnish required. Working proficiency in English.

This is a full-time position based in Finland. The role involves working closely with international stakeholders and supporting complex infrastructure project delivery.
